About the Job
Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) Floater- Adult Day Programs
$15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates.
$15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates.
Available Schedule:
30-39 hours per week Monday through Friday, requires availability between 8am-5pm weekdays and ability to work shifts at any of our Adult Day Programs- Peoria, Sun City & Surprise, AZ.
Our Adult Day Programs are not open evenings/weekends.
As an Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) you will:
- Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities.
- Assist with personal care and daily living needs.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment.
- Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
- High school diploma or GED and 1 to 2 years of caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience preferred) . 3 years caregiving experience may be substituted for High school diploma or GED
- Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).
