Enrichment Partner Caregiver
West Valley Life Enrichment Program-Peoria, AZ
$15.65/hour 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday

As an On Call Enrichment Partner, you will:

Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities.
Assist with personal care and daily living needs.
Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates.
Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment.
Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.

What You’ll Need:

Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
Ability to pass a background check.
Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification.
