Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Benevilla – Surprise, AZ
$17.94 per hour

Schedule: Training will be conducted from 7am-2pm and upon successful completion of training will work Regular Schedule: 1pm–8pm, Monday through Friday

As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant, you will help maintain Benevilla facilities, vehicles, grounds, and equipment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.

What You’ll Need:

2 years of maintenance experience in apartment/senior living/multi-unit dwellings with basic electrical, plumbing, construction, and repair skills.
Valid AZ driver’s license and clean MVR and ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
Basic computer, reading, writing, and math skills.
Ability to use hand and power tools, to lift up to 80 pounds and climb ladders up to 20 feet and perform work indoors and outdoors.
