On Call/As Needed Enrichment Partner

$15.65/hour
Schedule: Required availability as needed between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday

As an On Call Enrichment Partner, you will:
- Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities.
- Assist with personal care and daily living needs.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment.
- Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.
What You’ll Need:
- Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification.
