Job Details:
- 5 years of experience in social services, nonprofit management, human resources, or resource management, working with volunteers in health care or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience in volunteer management and recruitment within nonprofit organizations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including relationship building, public speaking, and presentations, with demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve outcomes.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to monitor, report, and analyze team performance and goal progress.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
